Rules: Fish Care
Always close the gates of the Otter fence.
Enjoy your fishing, please respect your fellow anglers and the environment.
Please bring your own Carp care kit and use Carp antiseptic on hook holds and lifted scales (Carp care kit must be shown to the bailiff before fishing) It is not acceptable for anglers to share a Carp care kit, each angler must have their own.
Supplied landing nets, cradles, weigh slings and buckets must be used and left in your swim on departure. Under no circumstances can any nets, retainers/slings, mats or waders be brought on site.
All fish to be returned to the water as quickly as possible and transported in a sling or collapsed net, no carrying fish by hand, make sure fins are in a natural position and the rig has been detached from the rod (no carrying of rod and sling/net).
No sacking or retaining of fish.
The removal of fish from our venue will be viewed as a criminal act. CCTV is in operation. All of our stock are micro chipped. All fish caught must be returned to the water unharmed.
No fish to be held over 8 inches from the ground at anytime, including whilst taking photos.
All 30lb plus fish must be reported to the bailiff.
No fish from external sources to be brought onto the site.

Our rules are here to protect our fish, protect the long-term health of the fishery, and to help you have a great fishing experience.
If you are found to be breaking the rules, you will be asked to leave the fishery, regardless of how long you have been on site or how far you have travelled. Breaking the rules could lead to a lifetime ban and prosecution.
Please read through the rules carefully before your visit so your time at Luxe Lakes is enjoyable.

2 rods per angler only, no exceptions.
Only bait purchased from Luxe Lakes can be used on your session, see Bait Rules.
Please see wrap guides around the lake for the maximum distances for your swim.
No rods to be left unattended - even with a receiver.
Barbless hooks only; rigs will be checked.
Minimum strength line: 15lb.
No braided main line (braided hook link is fine).
Wading is not allowed as there is a deep shelf just off the margins in most swims.
Bait boats are allowed only within your designated area and always used with courtesy to other anglers.
No zigs, floating baits, or floater fishing.
No Ronnie Rigs or 360 Rigs allowed.
No fixed leads, rigs must be safe with the lead able to eject if the fish gets snagged.
Leadless leaders or tubing ONLY (No plastic or braided leaders).
No drones, radios, guns, fires, BBQs, swimming, drugs, or heavy drinking.
No self-take photography.
Please keep alarm volume to a minimum (preferably silent with the use of a receiver).
The use of a Spomb to introduce bait is only allowed if used in conjunction with a Spomb float attachment (if you've haven't got one with you, they can be purchased from the fishery). This is to help prevent cracked off Spombs sinking to the lake bed and causing snags.
All anglers must fish the swim they have booked, no moving mid session.
The Bailiff
The bailiff's word is final.
The bailiff has the right to check rigs at any time.
The bailiff may fish on non lake exclusive weeks, only if a swim is available.
On lake exclusive weeks the bailiff can only fish if invited.
Luxe Lakes reserves the right to change the rules without notice.
Rules: Venue

No guests or pets.
No under 18's unless fishing in a designated double swim with a responsible adult (minimum age is then 14).
Cars to be parked in the car park on the left as you enter the gates. All tackle then to be transported to your swim by foot or barrow via the path that enters the lake at swim 8. No other access to the fishery is allowed, no walking past the Cow Shed (cottage).
Exit & Entry gate codes must not be disclosed to any third party. Anyone allowing access to a third party will be asked to leave the fishery without a refund and will face a ban.
Do not let anglers in when you are leaving the venue. If they are arriving to fish, they will have a code. CCTV is in operation on the front gates, and if you are found to have let someone in, you will face a ban.
By car, please do not exit or enter the site after 9pm (unless in an emergency, walking to the restaurant is fine).
Do not block or park on the track that services the cottage.
All litter must be taken home (you are responsible for your swim and will not be welcome back if litter is found, nub ends included).
Takeaways must be delivered by 7.30pm and collected at the pedestrian gate (delivery drivers are not permitted to enter the site).
Green bivvies only.
For biosecurity, please note waders are banned.
Please keep lights at night to a minimum.
Please use the toilet on site located near the Bailiff's office.
The climbing of trees is not permitted anywhere on site.
Luxe Lakes reserves the right to change the rules without notice.
Ticket holders and visitors who enter onto Luxe Lakes property do so entirely at their own risk and are warned that it is dangerous to depart from permitted pathways and fishable swims. Luxe Lakes makes no representation or gives any warranty as to the conditions of the venue, this is a natural environment and circumstances or conditions may prevail over which Luxe Lakes has no control. As such Luxe Lakes accepts no liability whatsoever, including death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees or agents.
No liability whatsoever will be accepted by Luxe Lakes, their employees or agents, for any loss or theft of, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings, however caused, whilst on Luxe Lakes property.
Rules: Bait
Anglers fishing Luxe Lakes can only use our bait. This is for fish health, growth and the quality of our water.
Our frozen boilies are supplied by RH Baits who use the very best ingredients, promoting growth and health. We know exactly what is in them and how good they are for the fish.
Baits available are: Boilies, Pop Up's, Glugs, Particles and Pellets.
All artificial baits, bread, nuts, maggots, castors and worms are banned.
Bait can be added to your booking and collected on the day of your arrival and can topped up during your session.
